“Wonderfully complex, this racy Chardonnay marries vibrant Meyer lemon high notes with richer, deeper flavours of white peach and apricot. Along the way, there are lifts of floral perfume, brioche toastiness and an underlying salinity.”

Winemaker Notes:

“In the Chardonnay we had gorgeous,transparent berries so full of intense aromaand flavor that more than made up for thelack of quantity. I took the precious jewelsstraight to press, whole cluster, and ran avery long and gentle press cycle to get all thedrops. Juice settled for two days beforeracking to barrel off the green lees. Onebarrel was the newest wood I used, andwe ended up with three barrels total of thisincredible vintage of Chardonnay.”
