“Select fruit from 60 individual Chardonnay lots is blended together to create a wine profile that is deliciously complex and full-bodied with aromas of pear, white peach, vanilla, orange blossom, and buttercream. Gently destemmed, pressed and sour lie aged in French Oak with biweekly stirring until blending. Rich flavors of apple, apricot, baking spices, and hazelnut with toasted oak notes round out the creamy lingering finish.“
